Sequel to the nomination of the electoral committee by the vice chancellor, Nasarawa state university keffi, the  electoral committee wish to formally announce today, 27/2/2018 the lift of ban on SUG campaigns within the campus.

Election Guidelines
1. Each faculty shall produce 4 senators and bellow is the breakdown
A. One(1) senator from 400L, Two(2) senators from 300L (one male, one female) and one(1) senator from 200L.
B. In the case of faculty of Law and agriculture, One(1) senator from 500L, two(2) senators from 400L and one (1) senator from 300L will be produced.
2. All other positions(Parliament and executive) have a CGPA requirement of 2.50 except for the president and the secretary general which must have not less than 3.0.
3. The election is only open to bona fide students of nasarawa state university.
4.Aspirants must avoid pasting of posters on wall, windows, doors and the school round about as such will result to disqualification.
5. Aspirants must avoid hate speech campaign.
6.Aspirants must not campaign based on religious, ethnic or tribal grounds as such will automatically disqualify you.
7.Forms can be obtained from the elcom secretary, Adam  Z Adam at NAFAS Secretariat, Faculty of Administration.
8. Aspirants must fulfil all requirements stated in their forms truthfully.
9.Other information and election guidelines will be pasted at various faculties notice board on 27th-2-2018
10. The position of Director of health is open to only Natural and applied science faculty students.
